High Capacity, Fully Automatic Processing: Cleans and grades up to 1 ton per hour of seeds with minimal manual intervention, using motors, automatic feeders, and possibly PLC or control interface.

Multi‑Stage Cleaning & Grading System: Typically includes several screens (top, middle, bottom) to remove over‑size, under‑size and broken parts; aspiration or blower system to blow off dust, chaff, light impurities; may include scalping and sizing operations.

Robust Build & Crop Versatility: Constructed with strong materials (mild steel or optional stainless in contact parts), with adjustable screen mesh sizes and airflow so it can handle various seed types (wheat, pulses, oilseeds etc.), and includes features like screen cleaning (rubber balls, brushing) and easy maintenance.
